Christina Simpson (de Reyes) advises businesses, schools, universities, and individuals on a full spectrum of employment, family and individual immigration matters. In her role, Christina delivers highly personalized, creative solutions to the complex immigration problems facing her clients.

Christina has substantial experience representing businesses in a variety of industries in complex immigration (immigrant and non-immigrant) and corporate compliance issues such as labor condition applications and I-9s.

Christina was named as an immigration “Rising Star” by New England Super Lawyers every year between 2014 and 2018. She also published “Lesson learned from 2013 on H-1B visas: start early” in the NH Business Review in February 2014.

Fluent in Spanish and with a working knowledge of French, Christina loves travelling and discovering new places and cuisines. Deeply committed to the needs of children, she does pro bono work for Kids in Need of Defense (KIND), a non-profit that provides legal representation for unaccompanied minors in the immigration system. In 2019, KIND recognized Christina’s work with an Exceptional Contributions award.
